Brilliant Cleaning Services offers very affordable and competitive rates. There are no restrictions or conditions and we supply all the equipment. We use environmentally friendly products for all our customers.

Weekday Rate:
1 cleaner $40 per hour (3 hour minimum)
2 cleaners $65 per hour, however $60 per hour for regular scheduled cleaning (1.5 hour minimum)

Weekend, Statutory Holidays and Evening (5pm-7am) Rates:
1 cleaner $45 per hour (3 hour minimum)
2 cleaners $75 per hour (1.5hrs minimum)

Parking for staff is required from customers. If pay parking is needed it is at customers expense.

Cancellation
48 hours notice is required for all cancellations or you’ll be charged a flat fee: $65 if two maids where booked $35 if one maid was booked.

Arrival Time
We provide you with a one hour arrival window relative to the scheduled appointment time to allow for factors beyond our control such as traffic conditions, lockouts, customers adding services or cancellations.

Hardwood floor polishing
1000sq ft and under $35 + hourly rate
1000-2200sq ft $65 + hourly rate
2200-4000sq ft $95 + hourly rate

Payment is due at the end of the cleaning service and a late fee of 3% will be applied monthly to late payments.
